Classes and Events

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Cooper Landing Community Hall, Tuesdays, 9am,.  A flowing, dynamic form of yoga; movement with breath and mindful transitions and a focus on mind-body connection that can transition into our day to day lives.  Bring your own mat.  Props and modifications will be available.  $5 per session.  Call/text Dusty Byrd for more information, 907-202-0129.
